For your first visit {whether you plan to participate or just watch}, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to get acquainted before class begins. On this visit, and everyday thereafter, take on as much or as little as you're ready for; this is your workout, your hour...with our expert guidance, of course!

Get ready for workouts designed specifically for women. The Grind™ will have you sweating in an energetic and upbeat atmosphere, and then on your way in an hour or less. Each of The Grind™ workouts is pre-programmed with four different levels. Our knowledgeable coaches will guide you to the level that's right for you each day, so you get a workout that is challenging and intense, but achievable and not overwhelming.
