Jaunessa, a businesswoman with an MBA from Gonzaga University, and fitness enthusiast, helped found Farmgirlfit in 2011.  She grew up playing sports, where she developed a keen work ethic.  She strives to lead a well-balanced life, and to be her best in every aspect: as a wife, daughter, sister, auntie, friend, athlete, coach, and even as mama to an energetic chocolate lab. 

Jaunessa encourages the members of Farmgirlfit to find this same motivation, to take each moment as a learning opportunity and to use those lessons to be a little better today than yesterday.  For her, witnessing the achievements of the members is both rewarding and serves as further inspiration.
